THE MOTHER AND SCHOOL CHILDREN – THE ROLE OF OSTEOPATHY
Day One - The Postpartum Mother
Treatment of: -
- Osteopathic management of postnatal depression
- Menstrual disorders
- Endometriosis
- Chronic lower back pain after delivery
- Loss of libido and mood swings
Day Two & Three - The school aged child and the adolescent
Day Two
- Growth and development
- Primitive reflexes and their influence on the school child
- The disruptive child in class
- Dentition and malocclusion
- Orthopaedics – flat feet, knee pain, growing pain, sports injuries
Day Three
- Respiration and Asthma
- Cardiac disease and its osteopathic treatment and management
- Adolescent fatigue
- Art in development and its understanding in a clinical setting
- Aspergers and autistic spectrum behaviour
