Courses: Booking Terms & Conditions
Places on courses will be confirmed by IOS upon completion and submission of the registration form.
Full payment of the Course fee is normally due 1 month before the course date. Non refundable deposits are required for some courses and this will be advised when the booking is made. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Cheque. Payment may also be made by Debit or Credit card by telephone.
Any fees paid will be non refundable unless there are convincing and extenuating circumstances. Otherwise students may find a suitable replacement student to fill their place. IOS may have a waiting list that can fill the place, in which case a refund (less an administration fee) will be made.
If students have reason to believe they will not be able to attend they should inform IOS as soon as possible.
Unforeseen circumstances: Exceptionally, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course or full refund will be made.
All students are expected to act as models during practical sessions. We ask for relevant past medical history to be declared, including sensitivity to Osteopathic treatment. This assists the tutor in safeguarding the wellbeing of each student, during the practical sessions.
